										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The asbestos-free Izola RS insulation coating is used to protect heat-stressed objects pre-insulated with wadding or other insulating material from the weather, as well as when coating surfaces with an oval or irregular surface and hard-to-reach areas. The powdery mass is mixed with water in a ratio of 3-4 parts by weight of dry substance to 1 part by weight of water / approximately 1 bag of coating per 7-8 liters of water/. The homogenized mass is allowed to stand for 5 – 6 min to completely dissolve the additives, after which, if necessary, a small amount of water is added to improve the rheological properties during work and operation/Caution: overdosing of water leads to a deterioration of the physical-mechanical properties, appearance of cracks, etc./. No cement, inert or other additives are added to the plaster, as this leads to deterioration of the quality. The material is not used for performing insulation in rain, snow and sub-zero temperatures.</p>

It is mainly used in the construction of fire-resistant and insulating masonry to connect the individual products and create monolithic linings. The cost rate for the construction of refractory linings depends on the configuration of the bricks/products and the type of facility being built. The consumption of 80 ÷ 100 kg of REFRAM mortar for each ton of refractory bricks is considered as an average norm. To achieve the appropriate density of the solution when working with REFRAM mortar, it is recommended to add 100 kg of dry material to up to 10 ÷ 15 l of water. Fireclay mortars are packed in 25 kg bags or flexible &#8220;big-bag&#8221; type containers.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The fire-resistant compacted semi-dry mass NIKRAM/NIKRAM® is a ready-to-use homogeneous semi-dry plastic mixture of fire-resistant fillers, plasticizers and chemical phosphate compound. It does not contain asbestos, harmful radiation or carcinogenic additives. It is packed in 25 kg polyethylene bags on pallets of 1 T, wrapped in common polyethylene film. Best results are achieved when using the material within two months of the date of manufacture. Before use, an organoleptic evaluation of the plasticity of the material is carried out. In case of partial drying due to improper storage, the mass is moistened carefully with an aqueous solution (1:1 vol.) of 85% orthophosphoric acid. Packages with semi-dry compaction NIKRAM/NIKRAM® must be transported and stored in a dry and ventilated place, protected from production dust and direct sunlight. It is used for the repair of spill and intermediate buckets, vaults and covers in steel production, muffles of burners, water heating and energy boilers in thermal power plants and other thermal engineering units and equipment.</p>

They are applied by vibration casting, plastering or shotcrete as a working refractory layer in furnace and drying units, the installations for out-of-furnace processing, receiving buckets, intermediate buckets vaults and chutes of furnaces, water boilers, chimneys, muffles of burners, hatches and when casting specific formats of cast refractories. Resistant to high temperatures (1300 &#8211; 1750 o C), erosive and abrasive effects of slag-metal melts and granular &#8211; powdery particles, chemically aggressive environment, flue gases, heat exchangers and other physical-mechanical and chemical effects. UNICAST/UNICAST® refractory concretes are packed in polyethylene bags of 25 kg and are stored for up to three months in closed, ventilated rooms at normal humidity, protected from moisture, oils and industrial dusts. The type of Refractory concrete UNICAST/UNICAST® is determined for each individual customer, according to their specific application and requirements for the material.
