1. Introduced strategy for the development of human resources, including flexible forms of employment.
2. Provided organized transport for 13 persons for a period of 12 months from and to the workplace.
3. Purchased and installed a dust collection system in a production hall.
4. Soundproofing was done in the “Rotating Mill” hall.
5. Purchased 5 pcs. mushroom type gas stoves for heating a production hall.
